I am 53, run 3-4 days a week (3-7 miles) and do strength training 3 days a week, mainly bar method. I still have pretty bad cellulite/loose skin in the front of my legs especially (and a bit in the back) and would love to get rid of it. I am 5’2″ and weigh 105.
