If you’re familiar with this class, would this “do” as far as the weight lifting, or do specifically prefer the machines (like leg press machine)? I love the class, but I think you addressed the issue…that I need to try to go heavier on the weights. I, along with several others on here, have one bum knee and tend to probably baby it by not putting the amount of weight that would actually be effective. I’m curious about your thoughts about the class though…I tend to work harder with “peer pressure” in a class!
